Ten Year Guarantee
All Thermaframe conservatory, window and door installations are covered by our 10 year guarantee.The guarantee covers material defects in profile materials, panels and glass units. In the unlikely event that a problem develops during the ten year period, Thermaframe will simply replace the affected product. We will do our best to match any previous installation, but due to availability of materials this may not be possible.
Hardware items including handles, locks, hinges and door furniture are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation, and longer where our supplier offers a longer guarantee term to us. Many now offer 24 month periods or longer.
Unlike many small double-glazing firms, Thermaframe is backed by the leading UK window and door manufacturer The Whiteline Group. This means that we have far greater financial resources than those typically available to installation companies, many of whom offer guarantees that they are ultimately unable to honour.
Additionally, our customers have the option of a low-cost insurance backed guarantee, provided by the Glass and Glazing Federation Insurance scheme (GGFi). This means that should Thermaframe cease to trade for any reason, any guarantee claim you may make will be covered.
