The Distinction Collection of GRP faced composite doors is sourced from Distinction Door Solutions, the UK's leading supplier of this type of door. Distinction Door Solutions is the UK partner of Nan Ya Plastics who developed the process of making doors in thermoset fibreglass

The doors surface is made from impact-resistant fibreglass and is compression moulded to offer detailed panel definition and life-like wood grain effect. Its CFC-free polyurethane foam core provides very high sound and heat insulation, and the finished product will not expand, contract, bow, warp or twist.

The Distinction Collection's unique screw-less glazing system is designed to match the paneling on the door, both in style and colour, and offers security without unsightly screws or plugs. The glazing cassettes are available in a wide range of styles and colours with glass ranges to suit all tastes and locations. These doors have been used to upgrade the entrances to thousands of homes in the UK over the last 10 years. The product is tried, tested and trusted. Door Panels PLC

Product: PVC-u Front & Back Doors

Door Panels PLC is the leading UK manufacturer of door panels and building products, boasting a proud record of serving fabricators and installers, and satisfying millions of home-owners for over 25 years.

Manufacturers of internally glazed PVCu front and back doors and locking mechanisms that comply with the guidelines set by the Association of British Insurers (ABI).

The doors undergo advanced testing to ensure they meet the stringent requirements of the PAS023/024 Kitemark standards, which not only tests the security performance of the locks but also the construction of the door. The back doors have an easy to operate 'Lever/Lever' lock, allowing access from inside or outside when unlocked. To secure the back door after closing, lift the handle to engage the rollers and hooks and turn the key in the barrel to throw the deadbolt.

Front doors have a similar lock to your current night-latch cylinder, due to its 'twin spindle' operation. When you close the front door, the only way back in is with a key. To secure the door after exit, lift the pad handle to engage the rollers and hooks, then turn the key in the barrel to throw the deadbolt. All glazing in panels is supplied 'toughened' as standard. For maximum security all panels are reinforced with MDP (medium density permaboard).

Liniar

Launched in March 2008, Liniar is the innovative window system from HL Plastics.

Formed in 1974, HL Plastics has established a strong reputation as a UK manufacturer and designer of technical trade extrusions for a number of industries. Using these base skills, we have expanded our offering over the years to include a range of specialist products including windows.

Although Liniar is a new window system, Managing Director Roger Hartshorn has been highly influential in the industry for many years. He has assembled a team of highly experienced specialists at Liniar to develop and supply an innovative window system. The Liniar window system is now utilized by the Whiteline Group Ltd to manufacture the A-9 PVC-u window.

Established in June 1988 Masterframe has been devoted to manufacturing sash windows since 1991. Remaining focused on producing just sash windows has enabled Masterframe to develop sash windows to a superior level that others simply do not reach. NO other sash window fabricator has completed the stringent BBA endurance testing, that's the one where 20 year simulations are created by operating the window 20,000 times.

Like wise Secured by Design, the testing carried out in accordance with the expectations from the Police. Having a 3kg dead weight repeatedly smashed against the window no fewer than nine times whilst being pulled to one side, that's more than a crow bar. The Energy Savings Trust can only recommend the top 15% performing companies and Masterframe was the first company of any kind to get a 'green' energy-rated window. No other sash window has a rating, let alone a 'C rated' one, or one that carries the Energy Savings Trust logo for excellence in energy saving.

Masterframe continually improve their products with components not found on competitors windows. Things like foam draught baffles, foam cill pads, Georgian clips and cross over joints, balance retaining clips etc all of which come as standard on your sash windows.
