Tuesday 18/05/2010 - New Orangery
Building work is well under way on the Orangery at Thermaframe's show site. The roof is now on, and work is on track to be completed in June. The Orangery will be the sixth show building at the centre. Visitors from the Sevenoaks, Bromley and Orpington areas are also able to see our massive double-edwardian conservatory, P-shape conservatory, T-Shape conservatory, lean to / Georgian conservatory and garden room buildings. These are all full-size furnished buildings and feature a variety of conservatory air conditioning and heating products, conservatory ventilation solutions, flooring and tiling. It's a true one-stop shop where you can sit and let your imagination run riot as you plan your own home extension.

A lot of people pass through our show site at Polhill and admire our show conservatories without realising that we are also a window and door replacement company.
Every year, Thermaframe fits hundreds of replacement windows and doors. We are able to offer UPVC, aluminium and timber products, including special items like folding-sliding (bifold) doors, patio doors and sliding sash windows.
We are now able to offer the british-made Liniar range of PVC windows and doors. These are a great looking product with market-leading energy efficiency features. This enables us to offer an A+9 energy rated window, keeping your bills significantly lower and making your house more comfortable. These are manufactured by our parent company the Whiteline Group Ltd. who are the largest PVC fabricator in the south-east with a 25 year pedigree of quality windows and doors.

We were very pleased at the number of people who braved the uncertainties of the April weather to visit us at Polhill over the Easter weekend. A number of people saw our show-site conservatories and asked whether we supply conservatories to a standard size, or build to order.
The answer is very much the latter. Each conservatory is bespoke to your precise needs. More than that, Thermaframe does the whole job from start to finish, including design, working with you through planning, groundworks, building, fitting the windows and roof, electrical work and even, if you wish, final decoration. It really is a 'soup to nuts' service that leaves you stress-free to dream about how you will use your new space.
There is no such thing as a 'standard conservatory' at Thermaframe. We are here to meet your individual needs and make sure that the final building is tailored precisely to them.

It's almost that time of year. The New Year's resolution has long since faded in the memory, and Easter is upon us.
Our newly opened conservatory village has a massive range of conservatory, window and door products on display. We can supply and fit windows, doors, patio doors, folding sliding doors as well, and over the Easter Weekend there will be an additional 5% discount on offer for anyone who visits us. Just tell them the Easter Bunny sent you!
The Polhil Centre is open over the Easter weekend, from 9AM to 6.30PM, but please be aware we are closed on Easter Sunday.
We look forward to welcoming you onto our show site.

The Thermaframe Conservatory Village is open to visitors at last.
Last week we moved into the new office space and took down the fences around the site. There's still lots to do, but we would be delighted to show you around the new conservatory buildings and explain the 'work in progress'.
Now the sun is shining again, there are a lot more visitors each day to the Polhill Garden Centre and we are looking forward to a busy Easter Weekend.
And don't forget Mother's Day is just around the corner. Getting moving on the plans for that new conservatory might be just the thing to put a smile on her face!

Suddenly winter is almost over, the nights are drawing out and the first signs of spring are appearing in the garden.
It's a great time to pop down to the Polhill Garden Centre to start to plan for the garden. The centre makes a great trip out for the whole family, and you can combine your green fingered activities with lunch and some food shopping in the Farm Shop.
It's also the perfect time to start planning that conservatory extension or replacement for your old patio or French doors, so you can be all set for the better weather and make the most out of your garden when the sunshine arrives.

Here at the Polhill garden centre show site at Sevenoaks our focus has now switched to landscaping the site. We are going to create a very modern surface with rendered planters and Limestone
paving slabs. Our planners and building teams are working very hard to create a beautiful environment to compliment our new conservatories....Don't forget we are open for business as usual
during the refurbishments............Colin

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!
New year has got off to a very cold start here at the polhill garden centre but our spirits are
high. Thank you to those who came in to see the progress on the conservatory site its taking shape nicely. A big thanks to all those people who worked over the Christmas period when they could have been sitting at home with their feet up. Don't forget we are open for business as usual during the refurbishments............Colin

Well the snow is falling today here at the Polhill garden center in Sevenoaks Kent. Undaunted the guys are working hard building our new conservatory showsite.

Friday 18/12/2009 - Showsite progress
The new Thermaframe show site at Polhill is really starting to take shape. You can now see framework being assembled.
The team of builders have been doing battle with the best of the Kent Weather and the installation teams have been learning how to cope the the windy weather.
We have very ambitious plans for landscaping which will offset the range of products which will be on display. Book yourselves a day for the early part of the new year ...See you all soon ......Colin
